Does the troop receive my $6 directly?
Each paid bag records $6.00 for troop fundraising. Sherpa Systems, Inc. collects the customer payment, then issues monthly checks to credited troops after reconciliation. Unassigned amounts are held pending allocation. No payment goes directly to an individual Scout.
Can I change the coffees in my subscription?
Yes. Your Scouting Coffee account manages roast mix, quantity, grind, and troop preference. Stripe's secure customer portal manages payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
When will my coffee arrive?
Coffee is roasted after ordering. Production is targeted for 3–4 business days, followed by carrier transit. Tracking appears after the order ships.
