The fundraiser share follows the paid order.
Sherpa Systems, Inc. collects customer payments, then issues monthly checks to credited troops after reconciliation. Scout credit is reporting only; Scouts are not payees.

You choose coffee
Pick any mix of light, medium, or dark roast, whole bean or ground. Monthly is the recommended subscription frequency, with other available rhythms and one-time orders to choose from.

You choose your connection
Select a listed troop if you want that order associated with a unit. Leave it blank and the fundraiser amount remains held pending troop allocation.

The paid order is recorded
After payment succeeds, the order keeps a snapshot of its council and optional troop association for reporting.

The council receives its report
The council can review which orders were associated with each troop, alongside the amounts due and checks Sherpa has recorded as issued.
Monthly rhythm
Monthly troop checks start with a reconciled report.
Sherpa prepares checks for the prior reporting period on the first Monday of each month after reconciliation. Checks are issued outside this app; their references, amounts, payees, and issue dates are then recorded for audit.
Only finalized reporting should be used for check preparation. Refunds, disputes, negative troop balances, or an unconfirmed payee can delay a check. A recorded check is not proof of receipt or bank clearance.

Shipping and applicable tax are separate from the bag price. Final check amounts reflect refunds, disputes, and prior payments.

You should know who benefits before you pay. The storefront identifies the launch council, shows whether you selected a troop, and keeps that choice connected to the order record.
