One bag, one clear record
The council share follows the paid order.
Troop credit is an attribution choice, not a separate payment to a unit. The council receives the commission and decides how to share its funds.

You choose coffee
Pick any mix of light, medium, or dark roast, whole bean or ground. Monthly subscriptions are encouraged, and one-time orders are available.

You choose your connection
Select a listed troop if you want that order associated with a unit. Leave it blank and Blue Ridge Council still receives the full council share.

The paid order is recorded
After payment succeeds, the order keeps a snapshot of its council and optional troop association for reporting.

The council receives its report
The council can review which orders were associated with each troop, then use that information for its own commission-sharing process.
Monthly rhythm
Commission transfers are initiated on the first Monday.
Scouting Coffee plans to initiate the prior reporting period's council commission on the first Monday of each month. Bank processing time can vary, and a transfer is not complete until the receiving account confirms it.
Only finalized reporting should be used for council accounting. Launch setup, payment disputes, refunds, or an incomplete payout connection can delay a transfer.
