Each paid $20.00 bag includes a $6.00 commission for Blue Ridge Council. Shipping and applicable tax are separate. The commission is tied to the paid order, whether or not you choose a troop.
02Does the troop receive my commission directly?
No. Blue Ridge Council receives the council commission. If you choose a troop, the order is associated with that unit in council reporting. The council decides whether and how to distribute its funds among troops.
03Can I subscribe or place a one-time order?
Yes. You can build a monthly coffee subscription or choose a one-time purchase. Subscriptions are the main support option because they create recurring council revenue, but a one-time order does not enroll you in automatic renewal.
04When will my coffee ship?
Coffee is roasted after payment confirmation and shipped to the address you provide. Production, shipping cost, carrier, and delivery timing are shown when available. A checkout page should not be treated as a shipment confirmation.
05How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Use the Account page to request a secure sign-in link, then deliberately open the billing portal. The page will say when account services are still being configured. A cancellation is complete only after the portal confirms it.

The status on your screen matters more than a promise in marketing copy.
During launch, an unavailable payment, account, or fulfillment connection should produce a clear message. Do not assume an order, cancellation, shipment, or payout completed unless the relevant service confirms it.
