Each paid $20.00 bag includes a $6.00 fundraiser amount for credited troops. Shipping and applicable tax are separate. The amount stays tied to the paid order; without a troop selection it remains held pending allocation.
02Does the troop receive my commission directly?
Not directly at checkout. Sherpa Systems, Inc. collects the coffee payment and issues monthly checks to credited troops after reconciliation. Scout credit, where offered, is reporting only; no check is issued to an individual Scout.
03Can I subscribe or place a one-time order?
Yes. You can build a coffee subscription with monthly delivery recommended, choose another available frequency in your bag, or buy once. Subscriptions create recurring troop fundraising, but a one-time order does not enroll you in automatic renewal. Every delivery is billed separately for coffee, shipping, and applicable tax.
04When will my coffee ship?
Coffee is roasted after payment confirmation and shipped to the address you provide. Production, shipping cost, carrier, and delivery timing are shown when available. A checkout page should not be treated as a shipment confirmation.
05How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Use the Account page to request a secure sign-in link, then deliberately open the billing portal. The page will say when account services are still being configured. A cancellation is complete only after the portal confirms it.
A simple rule
The status on your screen matters more than a promise in marketing copy.
During launch, an unavailable payment, account, or fulfillment connection should produce a clear message. Do not assume an order, cancellation, shipment, or payout completed unless the relevant service confirms it.
